Last week, I went to the firing range to practice with a few hand guns. It had been at least 6 years since I last fired a gun. I enjoy it and I’m somewhat of a good shot but I am always reminded of how deadly a gun can be and the responsibility of handling one. I don’t see how anyone could casually point a gun at another human being. Each time I see how the bullets pierce the paper target, I imagine how that would feel on a body. I think that people have the right to bear arms but they also need to be educated.

Hey, Kim…It’s Deesha signed in via Coburn. We look forward to hanging out with you on Monday.
Oh, and I heard that your day at the firing range was a tad more eventful than what you wrote here…

Yes, I had an event occur. We were going to the beach after leaving the firing range. I wore this red tee shirt with a sexy little lace up V-neck in the front. My sweetie thought I was looking cute until a hot shell popped down my shirt and lodged in the center of my bra. Talk about an event taking sudden priority! I got the shell out but not before I had a bright red burn. Two weeks later, the mark is fading away. That will be a lesson I won’t soon forget. Turtlenecks at the range for me next time!
